Welcome to BeWell CPR. By accessing or using our services—including course registration, communication tools, and training materials—you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These Terms incorporate and reflect compliance with our communication service provider, RingCentral, to ensure secure and responsible use of communication technologies.
1. Services Provided
BeWell CPR offers:
- CPR, AED, First Aid, and other health and safety training courses
- Certification and recertification in accordance with national training guidelines
- Customer support and communication via phone, SMS, email, and video conferencing
2. SMS Terms and Conditions
We use RingCentral to communicate with you for course-related purposes. This includes:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Customer service and inquiries
- Virtual class sessions and follow-ups
By using our services, you consent to receive messages, calls, and video links via RingCentral. RingCentral ensures secure, encrypted communications that comply with privacy regulations.
1- SMS Consent Communication:
The information Phone Numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2- Types of SMS Communications:
If you have consented to receive text messages from BeWell CPR, you may receive messages related to course registration and information:
Appointment reminders
Follow-up messages
Billing inquiries
Updates
3- Message Frequency:
Message Frequency: Our SMS message frequency will be from 50 to 1000 text messages daily across all users
4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
5- Opt-In Method:
Customer will Opt-In for SMS messaging from BeWell CPR through the contact form at bewellcpr.com, this agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6- Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

Prohibited Use:
You agree not to use our communication systems (including RingCentral) to:
- Harass or threaten staff or other clients

- Record or distribute calls or video sessions without consent
We reserve the right to block or suspend communication if misuse is detected.
3. Registration and Payment
- Course registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- All fees must be paid in full prior to attending class unless otherwise arranged.
- Payment methods include cash, check, creditcard, Venmo.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees.
- BeWell CPR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes with notice.
4. Certification Requirements
Students must:
- Attend the full course session
- Participate in all activities and assessments
- Meet the course competency standards
Certificates are issued upon successful completion. We are not responsible for loss of certification due to non-participation, misconduct, or incomplete attendance.
5. Liability Disclaimer
BeWell CPR provides training in accordance with nationally recognized guidelines. However:
- We are not liable for misuse of skills learned during training
- Participation in physical activities is voluntary; please notify instructors of any medical concerns prior to training
- Use of communication platforms like RingCentral is at your own discretion
6. Privacy and Data Handling
All personal information is collected and handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy. Communication data (calls, messages, emails) may be retained for training, quality assurance, and legal purposes.
RingCentral provides secure communication services, and BeWell CPR will not share your information outside authorized third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, videos, documents, and website content are the intellectual property of BeWell CPR. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them without written consent.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective upon posting.
